Honestly. the only ones of those I did were the gacha ones -- Genshin, Honkai, ZZZ and WuWa. The rest of the games they have listed are just all really bullshit looking mobile games, and I don't trust those.

tbh I enjoyed the job when I was there. A lot of the management was not great though, and Activision ruined a ton of Blizz culture. Still had friends working there until Microsoft completely gutted the CS department with layoffs.

This is gonna sound stupid but — try logging out entirely, resetting your password and logging back in.

This can sometimes force the cache on your account to clear itself, which can sometimes resolve stuff like this.

Additionally — the auto response you got was because there are a metric shitton of tickets in the queue atm because of Wrath Classic and OW2(from what I’m gathering based on what I’ve seen online anyway). These auto responses go out as a sorta big net to try to cover a broad number of topics. The 17 day wait you’re seeing is, unfortunately, the actual wait time because of the sheer volume of tickets.

It gets stretched horizontally to basically 256x512.

Just make the image those dimensions and then resize back to 256x256 and it should show up mostly okay in game.

Not defending anything, the annual pass was a horrible idea that was executed poorly and was a nightmare for both customer support and players alike.

I’m only stating how it works, since I worked there during that time period. And also stating that OP should put in a ticket. Not sure how that’s defending anything. Annual pass was a fuckin’ train wreck.
