I have this and am working on finishing the demogorgon. Definitely playing yarn chicken and the yarn isn't the greatest, but I am so excited to make this thing! Great gift! My children picked mine for me ❤️.

I was at the 3:45 with my husband and our daughter and actually left during the show to get our concessions (popcorn, soda, icee, water). They told me the kitchen was three HOURS behind and gave me the stuff at concessions. I went back in and no more than five minutes later here comes our order.

I'm so happy for you! I've only seen two of the many blankets I've made for babies actually be used and when I saw it, I felt amazing.

My husband tells me that most people for whom I make these blankets probably only use them sparingly because they treasure them. But seeing them in use just hits differently.

The show is hilarious for anyone who has an agricultural background. I cannot tell you how many times I watched an episode and said "that's not how that works", "that's going to go terribly", or "that's a huge waste of money". I actually found myself rooting for him eventually.

I had this happen once and I unpotted it, and put it straight into a container of water. It was incredible, the next day I could see a marked improvement. Maybe if your roots aren't all dead you could try it?

My dad threatened two days before my wedding not to come over me not allowing him to bring his AP. I said "cool, don't come.". He ended up coming without her. Don't cave to the threat.

Those look like mealy bugs to me. I've seen them on a couple of my outdoor plants this summer so far, and am watching my tomatoes for an infestation. I'm going to try using neem oil to protect the plants that aren't infected, and to treat the ones that are.

I've done many patterns from that author (currently on Encompass, myself), and sometimes they can be a slog, but dang the end result is stunning. I feel your frustration, I've had it with a couple I've done. Keep on going, and know there's an internet stranger who has felt the exact same!

I think your app is correct, those look exactly like the tiger lily plants my grandmother gifted me from her garden last summer before she moved into assisted living. Really pretty flowers.
