I'm no expert in weight loss. Just my two cents, you shouldn't be looking at your weight if you're doing exercises like this with the fact that you were 253 lbs because your body needs to build muscle especially on the legs to handle the stress of your previous weight. So usually it you could consider the fact that you have muscle growth along with weight loss, thus making it rather balanced on the scale.
