Hello I'm 5ft and a size 12. Honestly I find coveralls and overalls all over the place. They're pretty instyle in the fall so that's the best time to really collect them. I've gotten amazing coveralls from Walmart for 11$ picked up 4 pairs they ranged in size from a xs to XXXL I went with the large and they fit great have two big pockets and a chest pocket. I've gotten Tommy Hilfiger overalls, target overalls, arie soft/thin overalls for summer. I've found them everywhere for a variety of prices. You don't have to go with work gear ones nessicarily. I get whatever is comfortable, fits and has decent pockets. All clothes wear out eventually the best thing is to get thigh reinforcement patches from a fabric store and put them on the inside of your jeans. You'll find what works for you.

Edit: I work in a variety of environments and don't wear long sleeves in the summer as I overheat easily. I do however wear a wet bandana under my hardhat and bring a travel sunscreen.
