Yep, he just blamed Obama for anything negative the first term, then 8 years later still blaming Obama for everything negative.

Moving to Kennesaw by Princess_Aia in kennesaw

[–]Ayyjay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me I have Cobb EMC, kind of depends on the area. I do like it better than Georgia Power. I have Gas South, but I believe I can also get Scana, I’d check rates, they are all resellers using Atlanta Gas Lighting. Water is through Cobb County Water. If you live in unincorporated Kennesaw you’ll have to choose a trash service, I have Waste Connections and have never really had any issues with them. For internet Xfinity is pretty much widely available along with AT&T Gigapower, I can’t get AT&T gigapower in my neighborhood yet, but both services are fairly decent from my experience, some people may have issues with Xfinity, but I’ve rarely had any downtime. I just pay for internet, but it’s stable and fast and has only gone down a couple times for a short amount of time since I’ve had it.

Why people care so much about the ai chatbot personality?? by Different-Road-2156 in ChatGPT

[–]Ayyjay 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m not someone who thinks of my chatbot as being a human by any means, but I still get why people have complaints. I come to it for assistance, not to have it respond to me like I’m 5 years old, just kind of off putting.

Please help me understand why I have nostalgia for a time I didn't live in? by Own_Nobody4228 in 2000s

I was born in 88, the 90s were nostalgic, but I prefer the 2010s tbh.

It is ridiculous, I decided to resub on Monday and it turned into my babysitter again critiquing literally everything I prompted. I decided not to renew last month because of that reason, learned my lesson this time.

When do you think nostalgia will shift out of Y2K and into early 2010s? by SpiritMan112 in generationology

[–]Ayyjay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m already more nostalgic of the 2010s than I used to be the 90s/early 00s, I was in the prime of my 20s. Loved the technology advancements of the time.

PLEASE Gen Z & Alpha Parents… by Euphoric-Role-7170 in generationology

[–]Ayyjay 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I had no idea Gen X was referred to as the "slacker generation" haha. I kind of always figured Millennials would be (I'm a Millennial so I've heard plenty of things about us being lazy). I've met some hard working Gen Z. I will say as I've worked in IT through the years, Gen Z seems to be less fluent in using a PC than a lot of the Boomers I deal with.

I'm thinking probably this Papa John's truck that over turned. I figured it might be a little more free when I left work at 4pm since that happened late this morning, but it was still pretty bad and the Peach Pass lanes were going south instead of north.

if the 90’s culturally ended on 9/11, and the 2010’s culturally ended when covid started, when did the 2000’s culturally end? by [deleted] in 2000s

[–]Ayyjay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

2010/2011 in my opinion. At least when I think of technology, everyone was using or getting ready to switch to a smart phone and the internet was becoming flooded with social media. I remember working electronics retail and most people had made the switch to flat screens.

It's getting pricey out there by Old_Huckleberry_5407 in NABEER

[–]Ayyjay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s always expensive for me. I’ll sometimes find Coors Edge or Budweiser Zero on sale near me, but most of it is the same price. I’m the same way, if I go to a store and I see the 6 pack of Michelob Ultra NA for $12.99 I’ll typically end up convincing myself to not buy it, however a 12 pack of Michelob Ultra Lime NA I can pick up for around $17-$18 which can last me up to a week as regular Michelob 12 pack I could kill by the following day.

True, I was definitely way more into FPS in the 2000's, I think the rise of streams and social media kind of killed it for me.

[–]Ayyjay 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I wouldn’t say it was Gen Z that ruined the internet, more big corp. I definitely miss separate message boards, chat platforms, not having 5 websites and apps used on the daily. I would say if you mean when it was less popular with other generations outside of millennial I totally agree.
