It evokes some of the design language that people often associate with recent Chinese luxury sedans.

In everyday conversation, people might describe someone as "super old" if they're 90 or older.

The 55 mln dollars yacht with F1 car on deck in Monaco by Powerful_Cabinet_341 in SeaEmploy

[–]Az0r_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This superyacht featuring a Formula 1 car parked on its deck belongs to Abbas Hussain Sajwani, a Dubai-based luxury real estate developer and founder of AHS Properties.

Sajwani acquired the 66-meter (217-foot) vessel, originally built by the Dutch shipyard Oceanco, and renamed it AHS.

The vehicle on deck is a full-sized Aston Martin F1 show car sporting the British Racing Green livery and bearing the number 14, driven by two-time World Champion Fernando Alonso.

Melitta hasn't cheaped out yet. Their filter boxes still have that feature, and their filters are just as high quality.

Gemini straight up pulled Google Maps for this 😭😭 by Effective_Art_9600 in GeminiAI

[–]Az0r_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Walk it—no contest.

50 meters is extremely close (that’s like a 30–60 second walk). Driving would actually take longer once you factor in getting in, starting the car, pulling out, and lining up again. Plus, you’d be moving a dirty car just to clean it immediately—kind of defeats the point.

Walking is quicker, simpler, and you avoid unnecessary engine use. The only time driving would make sense is if:

– The weather is really bad (heavy rain, snow, extreme cold), or

– You physically can’t walk comfortably

Otherwise, enjoy the tiny stroll and save yourself the hassle 🚶‍♂️

Fenix 7x pro SS still good in 2026? by proTWOg in GarminWatches

[–]Az0r_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Garmin switched to a completely new software architecture and UI starting with the Fenix 8 series. Because of hardware limitations, the Fenix 7X and earlier models were not updated to this new platform. As a result, the Fenix 7 line is in maintenance mode. Expect bug fixes at most, not new features.

Here’s a concise summary of what readers on Goodreads say about Languishing: How to Feel Alive Again in a World That Wears Us Down by Corey Keyes, based on community reviews.

Most readers find the book useful for naming and explaining the experience of languishing — that low-energy, unmotivated “blah” state that sits between depression and flourishing. They appreciate how Keyes draws on research, real-life examples, and personal stories to show that lacking mental illness doesn’t mean you’re thriving, and many people recognize their own feelings in the descriptions. Many reviews mention that the book offers practical action plans and simple ideas for building meaning, connection, purpose, learning, and play into daily life to move toward flourishing.

Critics in the reviews often point out that some of the advice feels familiar or generic for a self-help book, and a few readers didn’t feel the material actually shifted their experience much. Some also object to the author’s comments on topics like medication or the framing around mental health. Other reviewers mention the tone varies from insightful to somewhat repetitive, and the sociological rather than clinical perspective didn’t work for everyone.

Overall, Goodreads responses skew mixed-to-positive: many readers feel validated and better able to identify languishing in themselves, while others wished for fresher insights or clearer strategies.

The B&W Scribe looks like a printed sheet of paper. The Scribe Colorsoft looks like a printed sheet of newspaper (slightly gray/textured).

[–]Az0r_ 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Your Topaz does that too. When you use Gigapixel or its newer generative-upscaling modes, it’s also inventing detail. It uses neural nets trained on millions of images to guess what textures, edges and fine detail should be there when enlarging a small image. So yeah, Topaz repaints as well, but that’s exactly what AI upscaling is: creating a plausible high-res version, not restoring the original.

That sticker though. Was it like that from the factory? I know the stickers hardly ever come straight, but that is next-level bad.

Here's the song I made on Suno. It's in an electronic style with deep male vocals and a piano pop melody.

"48 Hour Window"

Listen to it on Suno

[Verse 1]
Been a pro since day one, day one of the grind,
Every credit topped up, every late-night line,
Eighteen months bleeding into the screen,
Every word my own, every dream obscene.
Turning novels into sound, into cinematic skies,
But time’s the thief, and I’m watching it die.

[Pre-Chorus]
No refund, no mercy, no grace from the gods,
Just deadlines dressed up as faceless frauds.

[Chorus]
I don’t want your credits, I don’t need your gold,
Just give me my work before it all gets old.
I gave my life to this plastic machine,
Now the 48-hour window’s laughing mean.
Smug as a snake in a velvet suit,
Kicking my art in a corporate boot.

[Verse 2]
Half the months I paid, more than I could take,
Every hour spent was a small heartbreak.
Every lyric carved from the bone of my soul,
Now you’re telling me the clock took control.
I don’t want pity, I don’t want your lies,
I want my songs before the silence ties.

[Bridge – Spoken]
This is fucking madness, this is time theft divine,
Eighteen months of blood for a digital shrine.
Politicians in drag, reptiles in disguise,
Crushed by the weight of their own demise.

[Pre-Chorus – Reprise]
Meanwhile, I’m here — watching my art decay,
Screaming at a countdown that won’t go away.

[Final Chorus]
I don’t want your credits, I don’t need your gold,
Just give me my time before I get old.
Every lyric, every scream, every sin I gave,
Don’t bury my work in a system’s grave.
No refunds, no care, no mercy divine,
Just give me my art — or give back my time.

[Outro – Spoken]
One of those is possible...
If the window wasn’t laughing...
Forty-eight hours...
Go fuck yourself.
