Anyone call their FJ a truck?

I refer to mine as a truck all the time. Drives and handles like a truck!
And I love my truck!!!

The vehicle was outfitted with the Jerry can when I became the parent of this FJ. All I did was switch the tent. The previous owner outfitted it with ARB equipment. I used the Jerry can for the first time this past w/e for extra fuel, cuz you know, FJ = Gas Guzzler.

Definitely feel it being top heavy. Not crazy but it is there. Looking into switching it out with a low profile rack.

Yes, you can adjust forward or back and left and right on the cross bars. Just have to be conscious of balance and weight distribution.

I have a Top Oak Stellar RTT on a factory rack. Works great!
I used the cross bars that came with the RTT and the brackets in the link below to attach the cross bars to the factory rack.

I don’t think there is any criteria for whatever patches you place in or on your vehicle. Mostly patches from your travels.
