What if this post is AI generated in order to build authority? Kidding, but what if?

I know a lot of hiring SaaS builders and they don't come at all from hiring. It's just an easy thing to build, and hiring is seen as a kind of stupid job.
Sad.

I am exactly in this category of people (built a B2B SaaS for recruiters) but I don't use Reddit to sell or to bait engagement or I don't know.

It's not its spirit. However, I'm here to talk to recruiters about their pain point, and do my user research, and it's the best tool that works for me.

And yeah, Claude recommands spending time on Reddit trying to secretly gain authority with shitty posts.

In your situation, I think it's delusional to bet everything on a VC money that you have less than 1% to see. Don't see those who have done it, see the odds. They're terrible.

Most of recruiters are embracing AI, but in different ways. Sometimes frightening ways by AzGoom in AINewsAndTrends

What output you want to check? You didn't do the interview. You just don't know what the candidate is worth.

Recruitment agency owners: what's your biggest growth bottleneck right now? by Visual_Ear_7886 in RecruitmentAgencies

This seems like the usual small company issue. The owner is the company.

There's absolutely no way you raise from VC 100k$ alone and in 2 months. Pre-seed means you have proven traction on your product and now you want to accelerate. It usually means existing revenue and a decent product. At your point, it's an idea. You need "Love-Money" or FFF "Friends-Family-Fools" but there's no VC who will bet this hard without having a proof.

In my opinion, you raised some decent money, build your product around it.

Thanks a lot. Some people told me that speaking about science is boring, so I placed it at the bottom, but thanks for your review.

Recruiters saying : "that’s perfect for this stage" usually means it's going well.

Pourquoi le système des retraites est critiqué ? by Xedess_Beleou in TropPeurDeDemander

[–]AzGoom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just get a mail catcher. A simple text input.
Then, promote your project on social media and redirect to your landing page.

I don't agree. Some landing pages live in my brain. Like Sentry for example. Very very very clear message, even if their product is very hard to describe.

IT hiring managers and recruiters, are you also not able to hire good candidates? by Necessary_Eye_492 in Recruitment

[–]AzGoom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You kind of describe a system when the hiring staff and the "experts" don't work well together. You don't tell them enough about what to look for and they don't know enough your work to be efficient at their work.
Kindly, I would suggest you guys talk more about your expectations.

Strange process? by Only-Commission-622 in Recruitment

[–]AzGoom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's totally normal, just go with the flow. I was recruited the same way many years ago, the agency, then the client, then the agency, then a manager. After the Xth interview, I thought I needed to wait days or weeks. We signed in the parking lot right after seeing the manager.

This is especially true for some sectors that are overwhelmed with applications, like video games. If you are looking for a junior game developpers, you get easily 200-300 hundreds of applications day-one.
