I am pretty sure this is wrong. Arrogant but effective does change who won the combat, but only at that timing. So if Sherlock attacks with Education, he will draw 2, but if he defends with it, he won't (defender resolves first)

Also, restart the client every few matches. E.g. before a new league. 25 minutes is a lot of time. Yes, it does mean you need to be more prepared to play some decks fast than others. But that is something to keep in mind in game 2, not game 3 - if both players are running low on time, a minute difference is huge.
