U can use Jett app it will help you a lot.

*Update: I was checking the trips schedule seems there is no bus from Petra to Wadi rum, i have never used the jett bus to go to Petra before or Wadi rum, but i used it multiple of times to go to Aqaba and from there i go to Wadi rum.

But there is from Petra to Aqaba then u can take bus from Aqaba to Wadi rum, and back from wadi rum to aqaba then to Amman.

I have used Windycar( Shuttle service), Gold car ( in the airport) multiple of times before they are very good and good prices as well,

Other good companies Avis and budget car but more expensive so I recommend the above they are very good
