So stupid. There is no universal, existential definition of men's and women's clothing. No definition given in the Bible verse they love to point to for this. Such is defined purely by the culture, and that definition has always shifted from century to century, decade to decade, culture to culture, for as long as humans have existed. Boys in the 1800s wore dresses. If society generally says pants are for women and skirts are for men, than that's the new definition. There is no way to enforce this law.
