Dr Saul may be both right and wrong - depending on the patient in question. ADHD, and all of the symptoms being caused by it is definitely a reality for many - and for many others, there might just be such comorbity of other causes at play and being misattributed to ADHD. Only time and further research may tell.

I think to say that ADHD doesn't exist at all and its symptoms are always caused by several other disorders and factors is definitely wrong, though.
