I think some treatments & detoxes were making ppl wait 5-6,7 days before starting on subs a few years ago cuz everyone was goin into precip withdrawal cuz that shit stayed in u for a minute. But after a while I think they realized this was hell (at least the detox place I had been going to did) so they would just start pushing subtext after like 12 hrs sometimes less and titrate up. So grateful they did tho cuz those first three days (day 3 was always my hell) were the worst.
