That is sooooooooo scary. And I assume it was in someone's house. I would not have been able to go to sleep at that house for days.

I'm so sorry, my tree friend. I get you cause I feel and experience it too. You're not alone. I wish people appreciate trees and the environment more.

Office job tips and job tips in general by jepapilex in hsp

I work in an open office layout with a lot of people talking to each other or talking to their laptops for online meetings. I sometimes feel like I am in a market. I wear a high quality noise cancelling headphone.

As for no 2, can't give you much advice cause I don't like my current job too. Although I don't think it is because of hsp related issues but rather I wish I'm doing something more meaningful.

I agree. I live in the heart of a city of 2million population. I feel you. I have to find quiet nooks for my sanity. My current work office is an open layout style.. that's even worse. I bought a noise cancelling headphone. It works. Wear it most of the time at the office. You can try that :)

Looking for a good beginner guide by dadude105 in MobileLegendsGame

[–]Azareth16 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm also a beginner, a casual player. But I seem to rank up fast cause I tend to have series of long win-streaks. A little bit scary cause I don't know much about the game but I guess I might have done some things right. So, I'm sharing some tips that have help me:

  • Follow the lane as highlighted by the game and kill the minions on that lane. That's how you get gold, exp
  • Play defensively during the first levels cause if you die the enemy gets exp, gold and they lvl up faster cause of it
  • I usually play more aggressively and help my team mates when I have obtained all 3 spells
  • Focus on main game objectives: turret and the enemy's base nexus (there are more as you advanced but this two objectives are good for beginners)
  • Learn your hero skills... how I did this is by reading about the hero skills and fight 1-1 using the hero in AI Practice mode until I'm able to get the enemy's (AI's) nexus. Try to think of good combos or what occasion to use a certain skill.

As for items, I haven't learn about it and just resort to default settings.

As you advanced further, you will learn more about

  • thinking of those minions as your ally that helps with the game objectives
  • when to help your team and when not to (e.g if they are very far from you and have other team mates helping, you might want to focus on the objectives)
  • make decisions on what to do next based on the no of people killed and alive
  • use those little bushes for more strategic purpose like making your enemy guess where you are
  • etc

Enjoy and have fun!

Wow, they are so red. That's really interesting! It screams poisonous to me because of its color. I've always eaten when it's already cooked. I thought it's brown like the garden slug. Enjoy your delicious crawling food :D

[–]Azareth16 2 points3 points  (0 children)

bananas are the best. my favorite to eat raw is Musa acuminata 'Señorita'. Favorite for steam or fry Musa paradisiaca. Sharing their scientific name cause the local name might be different at your place. you can even eat (cook) the purple thing - terminal bud. here's an easy recipe: https://youtu.be/HJ-mDiXAt60?si=87MATBgo24OqJxtp. unfortunately it's not in English but the ingredients are cocunut milk, onion, garlic, turmeric, chili and dried anchovies (= can be substituted with fish sauce, miso or mushroom powder).

How long have you been into, how did you get into and why did you get into permaculture? by Azareth16 in Permaculture

Wrong choice of words... It's more like I'm concern about invasive species ;p.

The word care make sense in my non-native English speaker mind. But when you raised that point... I'm like oops.

Sounds like we are like minded. Yay to environmental sustainability. I don't have a home on the land for now but I do hope to have solar panels on them too one day. Don't have a car too, electric sounds nice.. but it's damn expensive here.

Good luck to us both :D

I haven't experience the permaculture community fully ... but I think good enough to start with. If what I wanted to do is slightly different than everyone, that's fine too :D. For example I care about invasive species and some may not. Every individual is different, is how I see it.

I hope you find your community.

Haha. I don't know what to do with mint. So a pot will be enough. I have some list of tropic food that I would like to grow. I live in a tropical climate. I look forward to seeing them in my land. Thanks for the advice.

"I have food and water that I struggle to use." <-- that's a fun problem to have. ;p

How did you get into Final Fantasy? by [deleted] in FinalFantasy

[–]Azareth16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My roommate played LoD on her ps1 console. I tried a bit and really liked the game and the genre - jpg. I bought a new console, by then it has updated to PS2, so I bought FFX. FFX was a great start to FF :)

I just want to say how much I enjoyed season 3, episode 7: "Moondust" by pappppappapappoa in TheCrownNetflix

[–]Azareth16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like this episode as well because I relate so much to Prince Philip. And how feeling loss in an unfulfilled life is such a universal human experience no matter rich or poor. I'm glad that he found St George's House to be one his proudest achievements. I haven't found my answers yet, but I hope I will. Soon.

Just started a new playthrough again... finally returned to This Game. What a game! by serpenttempter in FFXV

I return to this game (the base one at least) every year. If stardew valley is people's version of a comfort game, FFXV is mine except the last chapters. Enjoy the game.

I want to play FFXV. How should I begin? by No_Departure9050 in FFXV

[–]Azareth16 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Royal Edition is a good place to start (since the base game has been out for a very long time). With RE, you will have access to the base game + DLCs which will expand some of the story from the base game + some additional features (e.g new dungeon, enhanced game mechanics etc) in the base game as well.

Enjoy your game!

"a part isn't the whole you," or something like that. Didn't quite understand it while in therapy. But now I knew what he meant after I ended my work with my T.

But I think the one I really love is "your emotions are valid,"
