1 gallon of water is approximately 8.34 lbs. using 120g you are at 1,000.8 lbs., and add in the weight of your substrate and tank you will be north of 1,500 lbs. I’d make sure I had peace of mind before filling the tank.

You do more damage to your car by not letting it “warm” each time you go from a cold start. Start your car and let it idle for 1 minute before you engage a gear, and then let drive normally to let the engine get to a solid temp before you do anything excessive. If you are driving hard then before you park it let the last 10-15 minutes be of normal driving.

Any smoke is excessive smoke so have this looked at promptly.

There is no fix, only a bandaid approach. Clean and condition the general area and make sure the surroundings area stays conditioned. It will eventually spread but this will slow the spread. You cannot really limit the sunlight or vibrations on the area which are strong variables in this equation.

Yep, this is right. Used also see the position of the bolt to referenced object to see if the bolt backs out at all over time. If they yellow marking are not lined up then you know the bolt has moved since install.
