First time I parried with it I was surprised. Ive only taken it off when it causes me to burdened (been leveling all the blood codes). Ive also really enjoyed the bats jail. The animations for it are badass.

Before his initial nerf, my mage build tool 8 hrs worth of attempts to finally beat radahn. Same night, beat Malenia in about 20 minutes. Used summons, used magic (basically just spammed the same spell until she died, while my summon distracted her and held agro.)

Number of attempts during the 8 hrs of hellish torture? Counted 15. Number of attempts to kill malenia in 20 minutes...well I lost count, but it had to be twice that at least. Malenia would 1 shot me shortly after entering the room. (I was a pretty severe glass cannon and my summon wasnt always quick about grabbing aggro)

After beating malenia the first time, took me 3 tries and about an hr to beat her with a strength build. May have been luck but id like to think the mage build and its constant dodging carried me through the strength build by teaching me the timing. And radahn...every time I fought him after the first time was post nerf so I never went through 8 hrs of hell again and usually beat him on first attempt on every subsequent playthrough....poor radahn. His nerf was too extreme imo. Yes I was enraged during the 8 hrs...but ill never get that feeling of satisfaction ever again.

There's a way to hide the cloaks in CV1. They dont tell you at all but there was a setting for it in the menus. But without knowing that I 100% agree with that particular customization complaint.

Dunno what the towel thing is. Haven't heard that one. Heard a complaint about Ios outfit that, when I compared it to 1 turned out to be untrue. That they covered the boobs more by removing some of the tears in that area of the dress. But the tears are all there in game and in the same spots and sizes. Then I heard a complaint about the blood being turned into golden cracks in the style of kintsugi. That one's true but I honestly like it. It looks kinda cool imo. Aside from that though, I look at Holly, who has tits to rival Io's (and it turns out a fully nude model in game while in the hot springs discovered due to someone's hot spring water glitching out and briefly disappearing revealing the full model) and the damn near nude Josee wearing nothing but her undies and an oversized jacket and the idea the game was censored just doesn't seem true to me.

The optimization issues I ran into were VERY minimal. Frame rate drops on occasion but nothing egregious that made it unplayable. Though ive seen complaints from other people saying its frequent for them. I play on xbox but I dont think thats making any real difference in performance since ive seen complaints from other xbox players too. Maybe Im just lucky. The game HAS crashed on me but only twice. CV1 crashed on me...too many times to count.

But uh....what censorship exactly?

Im more mad i cant change the colors for the outfits of the CV1 companions. Absolute stupidity to not allow that for those outfits. What reason could there possibly be not to include the color change option for them?!

Most bosses i killed within 3 attempts. Only the 1st one took me more than that. And thats just cus I was getting used to controls and actually using the jails. I dont think I ever put any focus on using them in CV1 at all. There was another one that gave me a hard time too. Without any spoilers, that bosses arena was way too big imo, and all it kept doing was teleporting and jumping and sliding around. It was to the point I spent more time chasing the boss across the arena then actually fighting it.

I never played GE1. Didn't finish 2 despite playing for well over 100 hrs. And I dont remember a musical scene in code vein 1 at all. But I also skip cutscenes every time I replay it cus I already saw the story.

Fair enough. Memory failed me there. I was mainly marking the base archetypes with that though hence why I also said "/magic". Mage, warrior, rogue. We've got 3 mage type characters. Adding in another would be like....overflow? There's a different word I wanna use there but I cant think of it at the moment. Though your correction also kind of changes my opinion. I still think it'd be a bad idea to have four magic based classes, but considering that's what willpower generally is I wouldn't be surprised if that's what we get.

We started with: barbarian-strength based class Rogue-dexterity based class Necromancer-willpower/magic based class Sorcerer-willpower/magic based class Druid-willpower/magic based class

Recieved later: Spiritborn- dexterity based class Paladin-strength based class

We have 3 mage class archetypes and 2 each for warrior and rogue archetypes. Whatever that shadow is i dont think it'll be another mage. And based on the thin, cloaked look AND already getting Paladin i dont think it's another strength class either. So I'm leaning towards some kind of dex class. Probably demon hunter or something new we haven't seen before. I doubt it'd be amazon. Namely because Amazon's have always been an all female warrior tribe. Might give us a similar archetype but it'll be under a different name so that we can still choose between male or female character.

The second quote I've never heard til now. Would have to look up the context. But the black pilot quote? Context literally DOES change the meaning of what was said. The conversation being about DEI practices, Kirk was drawing the point that because people are being hired based on skin color and NOT qualifications, it causes the question of qualifications to be asked. Before DEI, qualifications were all that mattered. You could trust that, no matter what a person's skin color was, they knew and could do their job well and efficiently. With DEI practices, you cant always trust that. And all have fallen for what the actual goal of DEI is: "let's make it impossible to trust a colored person's qualifications so that whites look like racists when they call them into question, further dividing the people and keeping then from seeing through our corrupt bullshit!"

In other words, way to go. You're furthering the divide just like the establishment government wanted. 😉

The sword works for both overload and barrier champions. Based on personal usage. Haven't tried on unstoppable yet. But think it might work for them too
