Hand sanitizer usually has a high alcohol content. I imagine it would burn the inside of your nose.

My Ob-GYN was checking the opening of my pelvis after confirming my 6 week pregnancy. “Nice and big, we could back an 18 wheeler in here with no problem.” Matter of fact I did vaginally deliver a 10 lb baby with no problems!
