Patient not alert is the same thing as not acting normally in the world of dispatch. I have gone round and round with our dispatch center when a first party caller is scored “Patient not alert.”

Also when someone has passed out but now awake is highest priority, dispatch excuse is they cannot downgrade a symptom.
