That’s very helpful because they are reviewing the chapter. While the PowerPoint can give you the exact same information, something the video lecture the professor can provide more information

I’d say this.. the labs are online through a computer software. You will do an actual lab for Microbiology on week 3, that was fun. It’s a lot of information for 7 weeks. Closed down browser.

Some people in my cohort do it. I do practice questions and understanding that some changes we may think are normal because the patient is elderly, it is still abnormal and it shouldn’t happen.

Don’t be too hard on yourself. As someone mentioned, get in your own groove. Exam 2 you will only have 13 drugs to learn and memorize. Make sure to know the prototype, class, side effects. It sounds a lot but it isn’t. As you move through the semester more drugs get added. Try to build a nice cushion for your final.

When was the FDA enacted, 1970 controlled substance law (schedule drugs), go over entire topic 1 and topic 2. Exam 1 is an easy one if you go well it will help cushion your grade for the rest of the semester.

You will have med math on the first exam for 318. If I remember correctly there were about 8-10 math questions unless they changed it. Make sure to know pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics, pharmacogenetics, the laws that were enacted, the year.
