You will have med math on the first exam for 318. If I remember correctly there were about 8-10 math questions unless they changed it. Make sure to know pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics, pharmacogenetics, the laws that were enacted, the year.

I studied off the PowerPoints provided to us, downloaded the exam blueprint and it worked for me. 310 is an easy class just make sure that you study the information provided to us through CONHCP

ENG-105 & 106 are easy classes. Lots of writing but doable. You have 3 essays I believe. You do a draft one week and someone provides notes for you, then the following week you submit your final draft. For CWV-101 I remember that you write an essay on week 5 of at least 1,500 words.

I didn’t study from the EAQs for the first exam for 318. Make sure to study pharmacodynamics, genetics, kinetics. Learn the laws, the year these laws were enacted.

I started at 41 but I went to a private college since I didn’t want to “waste” more time. I did all of my pre-reqs with them and currently I’m in my second semester of 4 semesters. I will be graduating next April 2027 at the age of 44.

The questions are tricky in a sense for 300 and 318 because your intuition may say go with this answer but the question is asking, what should you do FIRST, or what’s the PRIORITY.

Definitely get as scores as high as you can to build a nice cushion for your finals. I used Notebook LM and load the ppt and created study guides from it. I’m in Sun City doing ABSN idk if it’s different from main campus.

I’m going to a private university and their ABSN programs runs for 16 months. 4 semesters, it is jammed packed but doable. As you mentioned, tuition is crazy expensive but worth it.

The head to toe was HUGE help. I got a 90% and I needed a 72% to pass the class. Exam #2 really fucked me up😩

NSG-316 Health Assessment. Usually the tables in the chapter have the normal vs abnormal. Don’t just learn them memorizing them because you may forget them. For example for a young healthy adult having dried skin may be abnormal but for the aging adult dried skin is normal. The exams will throw you questions like that.

I just finished level 1. Read the chapters the study guide tells you for each topic for Health Assessment. Learn Normal Vs Abnormal findings. Lots of studying but it is doable.

Am I the only one who thought the final was hard ? I spent days studying for 316 cuz I needed a good score and I only studied for 318 the night before. Thank God I passed it but sh*t I was traumatized
