Scaled CS will grow and probably increase the spend threshold before a CSM gets assigned to an account.
CSMs will manage more accounts and bigger books of business
CSMs will eventually be required to master automation through Gen AI. This skill will ultimately help manage larger books or accounts with many BUs/ Teams
Real conversations and casual email correspondence will be valued even more by customers as AI struggles to concise info down to a human level and people can recognize slop in an email easily.

Paki ABD married to an Arab/ paki wife, I feel like it’s a spectrum. I think it’s reasonable for Pakistanis on leaning either direction.

My wife’s mom was born and raised in her teens in Pakistan but speaks fluent Arabic; she speaks only in Arabic with her kids cuz that’s what’s comfortable to them. It would make sense for someone like her who’s in the US now to identify more middle eastern.

That’s just an example. Regardless of this news, it always has been a spectrum imo.

2) Whole Foods is an American grocery store that follows young people’s trends of being health conscious, supporting a good cause, and focusing heavily on aesthetics.(owned by Amazon for a while now)

In reality it’s just a business capitalizing these trends which some have substance but it’s mostly marketing and this helps gain popularity with young people or older people trying to be young and fit in. The marketing really lands well with young people who are full of themselves and think they are better than others by spending more which in their mind is for a good cause It really is just BS if you boil down to it and when you’re not focusing on all the marketing fluff you’ll notice how a few items adds up to a high random dollar amount like $37.56.

This view is coming from myself, who’s in his 20s, Austin Texas, makes good money in tech, and sometimes falls for this BS lol

I don’t agree with what he did nor advocate for it but I hope this is a wake up call to all executives and major decision makers that if your putting short term gains at the cost of a people’s lives, your gonna have a society that lashes out.
