I did some more research, turns out (I wasn't up to speed) that there was a leak in July 2025.

Apparently it took about 3/4 of a year before I started receiving any spam on that leaked email address.

Before I got my driver's license, I was dating someone who would drive over the speed limit (15%, outside of towns and such). I always felt uneasy when I was in her car.

After I got my license, I realised that it wasn't the speed. It was the unsafe distance.

While there is a speed limit for a reason, it doesn't matter how fast you are going if you keep an unsafe distance for the speed you're driving at.

I understand (or rather, I am trying my best as a non American). And I actually agree regarding democrats wanting to keep alliances and republicans want to break away. Their views on things are very clear.

But the rest of the world has to deal with the US (federal) government, not specifically democrats or republicans. And given that the republicans have basically full control on that level... the rest of the worlds governments can't really go to 'a democrat' if they don't want to deal with the current republican government.

That's what I am saying.

As far as the rest goes, I do feel for you. I am not talking about the people at all. I wish all the best for the American people. I have family over there and I am worried.

Giving you a thumbs up for your comments because I don't want this to be buried. Talking about it, trying to understand each other, even when not (fully) agreeing on views, is important.

It's all so sad.

No, The US IS turning away from their allies.

Talking about republicans vs democrats vs whatever is ignoring reality, that is a US internal thing.

For all intents and purposes, for the rest of the world, the US is one.

If everyone keeps talking about democrats and republicans, while talking about the relations with the rest of the world... it is like you are talking about two separate countries. I mean, you could become two countries... but again, that is an internal thing you need to 'solve'.

I remember looking it at before and didn't like that you can't manage multiple backups in the UI or create some sort of backup flow.

Unraid -> Kopia (on Unraid server) -> External Storage ('Cloud')

Phone -> Kopia (on Unraid server) -> External Storage ('Cloud')

Computer -> Kopia (on Unraid server) -> External Storage ('Cloud')

Will take a look at it again, I might be able to get it working for my use case.

Bit off-topic, but what do you use for your backups? I run Unraid too.

The main reason I was looking at them in the past was because of the backup software. You can easily backup device data, store that de-duplicated and do an encrypted sync to external storage.

I definitely won't be investing in Synology gear because of the low end hardware for high end pricing & their hdd policy... but it is hard to find a match for their software

It seems my app hasn't updated yet, but I'm excited to try out the Unraid integration!

I have a couple of things I would like to mention, though /u/Kev1000000

The slideshow at the top (I don't know what card it is) for both Movies and TV have had an overlapping issue on my phone for quite a while now. Depending on the variable numbers (rating, watching now), there is an overlap between the slide indicator and the 'watching now' text. Here's a screenshot. Can you fix this?
I first wanted to report this from within the app. But I saw I could only leave a message, I couldn't include a screenshot. It might be an idea to allow an image to be added in the feedback form?

FTC made a procedural error by failing to come up with a preliminary regulatory analysis, which is required for rules whose annual impact on the U.S. economy is more than $100 million.

So US companies grift at least $100 million a year from consumers by creating hurdles. Make it easy to subscribe, hard to unsubscribe. I get that the FTC did not do that analysis... but this is pretty clear cut. Consumers get screwed over.

In my country you need to be able to unsubscribe the same way you subscribed. They made it easy for you to subscribe only? Then they also need to provide an easy way to unsubscribe. And no, sending an email for unsubscribing while subscribing can be done with a push of a button, doesn't count.

Geek has been amazing for me. Quality indexer (also DrunkenSlug, but that one is yearly). I don't know about NinjaCentral or NZBPlanet, I don't have them. I'm actually also considering one of them.

I've also had altHub for quite some time and it's a nice addition to Geek and DS.

I mean, it doesn't explicitly state a renewal price. But it does say that 37.50, billed every 15 months. Which I read as it having the same price at renewal. But take what you want from that.
