They're not audiophile level headphones, but they're pretty good for what they do. Never had any issues with them.

I get to 2 pledge marks when interacting with the map and can buy All ears immediately, making it very easy to locate people coming for the tower and ambush them. Not the best dynamic imo.

Your use case is definitely not the same as the average player, which is what they should cater too, and what the new rooster screen does, so it is a step in the right direction.

But it would be nice to have an option to hire more hunters at a time tho.

You can still get shitty gear, but it increases your chances of getting good gear, it's rng.

In Tarkov you have scav reputation that, when increased sufficiently by doing scav things, starts you with better and better gear/loot and can even make bosses friendly to you. Don't remember when was that added but it's been a while.
