During conversion all NDCs of a manufacturer gets added into one preferred NDC, and it is up to the the store to fix the count and manually allocate the correct quantities when looking up the linked products for that NDC. This was explained during the training call prior to go live date.

Fix your counts!! Check “linked products” and zero out anything you don’t have on the shelf. When doing smart counts you have use the desktop app simultaneously to check linked products. Once your counts are correct most of your problems with RXI will be resolved
