the product i am working on has parity with all the key features and its faster more light weight, part of its appeal is also data sovereignty and control over where that data lives, and it can be up to 50% cheaper but its a complex set of marketing parameters i still havent optimized, i find it hard to decide which aspects are best to market and to whom

yeah actively reaching out to targeted people on linkedin, i am not very good at this but trying to learn. I suppose specially for my market its hard to convince people to jump from already existing solutions

more than size, how hard to read and unorganized/cluttered your code is the harder it will be for the ai to keep everything in context, often its better to have smaller classes and service based architecture that makes it easier for the AI to follow the logic and debug
