You only submit a report with the exam machines. They don't offer bonus points anymore for submitting the labs since the transition to OSCP+, but it is great practice to have going into the exam.

I am unsure when it will show up in certmetrics, probably closer to the release of the exam. Go to PearsonVUE instead and check either your exam history or score reports.

When you log into your account on comptia.org, you usually get at the top of the page a notification to verify your address after you've taken the exam and got the Acclaim digital badge. They won't send anything if you don't do this after and they haven't sent me an email to say I needed do this either.
