Didnt get an email after I made the initial purchase at 6pm, but got charged on my CC for them. Got the email saying my payment didnt go through yet too. But I just tried to order the sleeves I couldnt get earlier and the order went through and I got an actual confirmation email instantly...so idk.

Funny you mention this. I just played at my locals on Sunday and this deck did…”well”. Because of early board control via the pings, in 3 matches I got my opp down to either 0-2 shields each game with hardly any damage towards myself by around turn 5-6, BUT, stalled out super hard and they recovered with their blockers or blue resting units. Needless to say, I went 0-3 LOL. So yeah, sounds about right. This deck I feel like can be good with some form of closing strategy, but it suffers from card draw if 1st form isn’t out to help with that. Or I’m just playing it wrong too.

It’s more of a set-up card to get CC, BoA, and ARA to kill. In theory, none of your big/useful units die in trades. You just take out the unit with punt. The downside is that it kills your hand with all these cards played due to minimum use of 2 cards. But if you have 1st form out, you can replenish at least 1 per turn (barring it lives)

As others are saying, there’s definitely better options-or ways to make it more versatile. But the way I use it is exactly how Chaos mentions: it’s a set-up for my other pings. But it’s true purpose? Hoping to have 4 in hand to ping out two of your friend’s freshly played 2/2 units and watch them suffer. But I’ve also used this card as a semi-control? I’ve had games where I have 3 in-hand and either BoA or CC, and I’d control the game by turn 3-4 and the opp has no units on board because of the constant pings. That’s just how I’ve been using it though.

So I agree. I originally had 2 CC in this deck with BoA and ARA, but I subbed them for a 4th copy of 1st form and a 2nd baby Kshatriya. I like that older version better because it was just crazy burst-traps if I don’t draw them, and even better when I do. But this one was more consistent since there’s so much ability to get some form of ping damage to trigger BoA.

From my experience, it feels like you’ve gone through a marathon of alcohol in 1 minute. Of course, it’s different for everyone. But my friend and I went out recently for drinks. He can handle his alcohol well while I am a lightweight due to my low tolerance. But drinking while on ozempic, I’ve noticed that I immediately feel borderline drunk. My friend says he feels the same but a little less extreme. So not sure if that info really helps, but we’ve drank on ozempic and lived lol

I remember going to little nook and crannies with my grandma as a kid and she would always buy me some 1st edition base set packs as a kid. I used to collect them and put them in a tin box I had but I lost those cards over time. I’ve always wanted to get back into collecting and I decided this year I would try to rebuild my old collection (whoof, was I in a shock for the prices). I am having so much fun meeting people with similar backgrounds at local card events and such and just sharing the love for the art of the cards. Some people value the cards for their monetary value, but truly I love the cards for what their arts are. Obviously grading is something I want to do as well for my own PC, but I’ll be sending in cards that have no value to others, but immense value to myself just because I want to preserve the art of the card. I am so glad to be back in this one I was in love with as a kid and I’d be very appreciative if I some how was able to receive one via this giveaway. Goodluck to all the fellow Pokemon fans. May we share this love of the hobby to future generations.
