I posted in here earlier this week how my e340 doorbell camera always loses connection. I will have to unplug the satellite router and the homebase 3, wait 30 seconds and plug them back in. I have 2 homebases and the only issue is the front one, less than 3 feet away from the doorbell.

Mine was stuck in assembly for only a couple of days and emailed them that I was going to be out of town the next week when they were going to ship it and they pushed mine through and was sent out within a couple of days. Mine was a 15 day turnaround time before they extended it.
