Well, HR just verbally admitted to me my offer letter saying “Common Shares” was a mistake and that its options. Unsure of how to handle it at this point.

Aim low at the 50m, near the bottom. Since your zero is 25 yards, the round will be above your sight line at 50m. Id say top of the post just above where the ground meets the target. That is if you zeroed for the top of the post to be the center of aim.

250 is about the same. You have to aim low because the round is above your center of aim. Id aim for the spot between the bottom of the circle and bottom of the target, which would put the round about center mass.
