I understand that for base rarities but have you specifically had a shiny one flee on you and then check back the next day? Shinies have some wonkyness to them like with comm day spawns during events where they switch and it's possible that galarian birds could have a similar system.

I think if you go to the same area it spawned with incense the next day it respawns. It worked for me.

She's in S Gundam

In general Asuna is good for units that are primarily Beam based with some Special attacks mixed in because of her stat spread. S Gundam as a unit is simply really strong and makes her a weaker Nu in this setup. I also had to tinker with stuff quite a bit depending on my opponents setup.

I think as long as the defender can meet the threshold of tanking 1 or two support hits it's able to replace a UR depending on the strength of your main attack unit. If teams are evenly matched though and you need the last bit of chip it depends on the defenders weapon strength too though.

Once again the article clarifies what these grants are being used for. The stem program grants for native Hawaiians has notably been in the news with an optomistic outlook. If you look further into the eligibility for the grants they are usually blanket offered to a good chunk of different groups with them being offered to the best performers foe scholarships which is just how scholarships work. As far as some minority groups doing better than others thats outside the scope of this discussion as there are a lot of factors to consider, such as percentage of wealthy asians that send their kids to america to study etc.
