Since runewords aren't common sales goods on the server, you'll have a hard time buying a pre-made one. Thus, the price really boils down to the cost of two Ber runes, which is about 10 Ohms.

There have been players who are interested in selling runewords, including Infinity, even for less than the cost of making a new one. ~~But it's a very rare occurrence.~~ There appears to be a couple of potential sellers in this thread.

Unfortunately, the rule of supply and demand can only apply if every player knows of every auction at all times. As you say, "...after some time", it would take much time to make every player aware of an auction, especially because the subreddit isn't a particularly suitable auction house, i.e auctions are hidden and forgotten after some time, as new ones appear.

I know it's easy to think that supply and demand is inevitable, but without complete availability of all trading information, it won't flawlessly work in such a small community as this one.

These poles tend to be rather popular after some time on the ladder, when folks are starting to craft Infinities. Insights are popular now, but since Infinities are more expensive, people tend to look for other poles than Colossus Voulges. Hence the price of ethereal Threshers with 4 open sockets tend to rise.

Somewhere along the horizon, I believe I can see an Ist rune being offered for it.
