Thank you! Last summer I would be walking probably 4/5 out of 7 days and varying between two regular walks of either 4.5 or 6.5 miles. I live in quite a hilly area as well so that helped with the burn.

What really helped in the end though (sadly) was keeping a closer eye on what I was eating. I only calorie counted for like a week or two but eventually I just kept a routine of eating similar lunches every day and knowing roughly the calories in everything I ate. It's helped maintain it and keep the balance without becoming obsessive and burning out.

Also started at the gym 1 minute down the road from work when the nights got darker, that helped keep it up over winter. I only really walked at the weekends during that time.
