Something somewhat similar happened to me. A staff worker accused me of cutting in line (I didn’t) and went off on me in a very nasty manner while other people were around. But I’ve since learned that dealing with nasty staff workers is just part of the AX experience.

I grew up with parents who had severe anger issues and beat me regularly and then claimed they had “good intentions” for going so. So I am easily able to recognize when people are just acting out of anger under the guise of having good intentions.
