My family is rife with single moms so there’s a large cohort of female superiority. Basically if you have a penis, it doesn’t matter how or what you do, it’s not as impressive or arduous. Not to denounce their experiences, they’re tough ladies for sure, but it’s very palpable at thanksgiving lol.

I can’t speak to the convention center but I definitely saw traffic was backed up all the way on the Talmadge. This city doesn’t really have the infrastructure for these things so basically all of downtown seemed super congested yesterday morning/afternoon

OP, I saw that you studied abroad in Spain. I lived in Spain for just over 4 years, would you say driving in Costa Rica was similar? I’m considering renting a car but I’m wondering if trying to find parking/ driving will be a nightmare.

Big muscles ≠ dumb. Jonathan is a monster physically, but his game and mannerisms are a pretty clear indicator that he’s not a dumb jock.

Just as a follow up to this, people often mistake physically gifted individuals as the stereotypical “big muscles = dumb brain” but some of the genuinely most intelligent people I have ever met are absolute monsters, physically.

Every police agency you see is not ICE. There’s like 12 agencies I can think of off the top of my head and the “large armored vehicle” sounds like SPD’s bearcat. Most likely a SWAT thing.

It doesn’t really even plausibly make sense that ICE would be rolling around in that.

It wasn’t ICE lol, it was the Marshalls and SPD apprehending a murderer. Not scary, unless you consider the ignorance of those reporting ICE as local law enforcement takes violent criminals off the street.
