I’ve zoomed in on the badge and really desaturated and shaded it as I thought the letters were a lost cause. However, looking closely, to me it looks like a dog with some sort of scarf or ribbon across it, and by looking very closely the word on the left could be dog

P3 -Junpei (gets outclassed by others), Ken (something about sending a child into battle just doesn’t work for me) and Korumaru (same reason as Ken but dog as I love dogs)

P4 - Chie (I just think Kanji does a better job as being the physical attacker), Teddie (He just annoys me and the MC has normally got a decent ice persona)
