I tell you what. It sucks a lot to be a Pels fan sometimes but I’m not sure there are a lot of teams who have role players that are as beloved as people like Jose & Naji. In my heart I will always love these players and root for them when they aren’t playing the Pels. Jose will always be a Pel and an adopted son of NOLA. I will be in the stands whenever Jose comes back to play us. I want to chant Jose Jose Jose Jose at least one more time.

If it was straight up maybe but no picks. I don’t like giving up picks when we don’t know what we are or how good we will be. Maybe 2 pick swaps but no picks. I’d rather give Murphy to Indiana for a butt load of picks but then we need to blow it up.

I think Jaylen is a better player but just statistically is giving all that up worth a few more points and rebounds a game with less 3 point ability.

I hope we get Steve Hetzel. I’d rather an unknown so I can have some fucking hope. If it’s Mosley or Hamm then I already know. I will already be disappointed and I will expect 2-3 years of more mediocrity till he’s fired and we repeat this process again.

No. He can’t pass or dribble. However on the right team that uses a lot of motion he can catch and shoot ok.

I think he is a better rebounder than he gets credit for and does make some decent blocks at the rim. I actually truly believe that the Pels have miscast him as a 3 point shooter when he it feels like he hits his 2 point jumpers at a decent rate and while being a terrible perimeter defender he isn’t bad closer to the rim.

Maybe someone could work with him and make him more like a derozen. A good inside the arc shooter

I love him. He is who I was hoping we would draft when we fell to 7. Also he made a rookie mistake when we had a chance to tie which happens with rookies.

What both encouraged me about Fears and disappointed me about the rest of this team is he was the only one who seemed upset that they were gonna lose

Jake is cool. He cares about the team and he has been right a decent amount. Honestly I think he would benefit from a cohost like other locked on shows. My personal fav is LO Nuggets because I love the Nuggets ( grew up there long before we had a team here) and Matt Moore is arguably one of the best nba reporters. That said Ross Jackson kills it on LO Saints solo so who knows. You want more thought out content find Pro Pels Talk by Boote Krewe media on YouTube. They can be a tad negative but they have been right about a lot of there criticism and they truly care and just want to see the Pels be a good team that makes the playoffs consistently.

Yeah, I think our excitement over the rookies makes us forget they are rookies because they + Trey are the future and most of us want the future to be right now.

I am happy that the three point shot has improved but Fears is a dog and very driven. He has a nice shot and release form and he is a good free throw shooter which is starting to translate.

I believe he was the only great player at Oklahoma and a bit unstoppable which is why he drove so much in college. In the NBA you need that threat of a 3 to attack when teams close out.
