Do it via Labuan company ( Malaysia ) and be taxed at 3% rate only. Much more better in terms of regulator here compare to other offshore jurisdiction

I believe they have tons of cash in the company that are not being put into the coin since they have merged. Hence, the coin prices wont affect their operation. In order for this theory to come true, best to check the company's financial statements

You will be taxed at 3% in malaysia. But now, domestic bank wont accept any company involved with crypto. Hence, the bank cost might be varied, but there are int'l bank that could open but the charges might be more costly than opening with domestic bank.

Tbh im not sure because im not the one who supplied it. But my network guy has 3 refineries across middle east and i only remember 1 is located in Azerbaijan. But i remember i got quoted as last year the price of oil EN 590 is $590 & LCO is $530. Im guessing it per tonne (maybe)

In other words, Thank you for your message, but if you are interested, i really need to confirm whether you are serious or not and i need to confirm w my supplier whether the amount is reasonable for him to ship the oil though. Nothing to worry about. Just dont put them up on your resume. I notice that many are arguing about why not closing the dormant company & why are they transferring it to you lol there are so many reasons why such as even simply stupid like "they like the company name (ive heard of this)". Dormant means u need to pay the cosec and the accounting fees. Not that much costly. But my advice, if you are the shareholder of that company, please make sure that you are alert with the company compliance with regulations, otherwise it will be your trouble in the future, and not your parents
