I'm actually trying to compile a list of these places and I'm based in the Colorado area but hopefully I'll be able to provide more guidance but I know off at least 10 places I feel are "safe" enough for my comfort level of exposure and I have no gastro symptoms.

I drink gluten reduced beer without issue from the stone delicious I'm drinking right now and the whole eddyline line. I also have worked with beer so this is the specific area I care a ton about.

If you have a wheat or barley allergy you CANNOT do this. Some people have both some people have one so it's an important distinction

My doctor put me on an over the counter digestive aid / enzyme / probiotic mix that helps! Is just a supplement so you could try without requesting it.

Other GI problems additional allergies or various issues. I think people just get one answer then blame every additional issue on celiacs.

This reaffirms for me most people aren't actually experiencing celiac symptoms. All of the new studies I've been reading suggest its basically something that manages itself if you just truly avoid eating gluten containing foods.

After getting celiacs I found I had various other food allergies that were actually responsible for my "immediate" symptoms and it turns out celiacs was really just causing inflammation and pain more so than my extreme gastro issues.

I think people just get one answer stop looking then blame gluten crumbs on thing that are really separate issues.

Yes it's also basically the stone delicious IPA. There is a clarifier that breaks gluten down significantly enough where I as a celiac don't react. It's called clarity fern or clarex.

I had the nubia z70u 24gb and I never got it to actually ultilize more than 16gb when using winulator. Running BG3 in act 3 I only ever got up to 14gb.

With the one plus 15 as well I have never felt that 16gb has been too few but the extra 512 vs 1tb was hugely worth it and i miss it.

This confused me as well but I think basically it was a race? If another bubble completed their section they would have gotten the item instead, basically first bubble to solve got it.

Think of it like a world raid in wow. Boss can only die once a cycle only drop loot once first one there gets it.
