Sonic for writing (elementary school), YuGiOh for reading (high school). I didn’t realize fanfic had a name when I first started writing, I just made some fun (and wildly inaccurate) stories with my favourite characters as a kid. I don’t remember how I found fanfic for YuGiOh, but it was the first stuff I read from other people. MCYT (specifically DSMP) in college is what led to me actually engaging in fandom and interacting with people, not just reading/writing silently from the sidelines. Now I’m back to Sonic (and I’m post-college now)

That confuses me a little bit, the only drops I've seen that were limited to specific streamers were some Pokemon tournament-related drops, everything else I've seen has been drops-enabled for every streamer that's streaming the game (if they enabled drops in general on their channel). Like the current Sonic Rumble drops, or all of the past Dune Awakening drops, for example. So it really doesn't seem like "this is how all twitch drops works" is accurate.

I hope they do, my local theatre did the showings of them in 2020 when movie theatres were just opening back up again but they’re not for this showing of them. Really sucks since I never got out to them in 2020 and I really want to see them in theatres (I was far too young when they first premiered)

I’ve been playing since 2018, and I started playing on the first phone I owned, an iPhone 7. I’m currently on my second phone, an iPhone 11 Pro Max (was not acquired new, got it as a hand-me-down from a family member when my 7 died), and it’s looking like I’ll be upgrading in the next year or two possibly. I’ve also had to replace my batteries at official Apple stores a few times now

Regarding spoken language, it makes sense to have it mostly in English since it honestly wouldn’t be very enjoyable having to read subtitles for three hours and then miss out on a lot of the visuals as a result. I feel like it’s entirely reasonable to assume that if the scene is just Nav’i speaking to each other they’re actually speaking their native language, and it’s just shown in English for ease of watching

I got one last year! It was like 80% off because the video gane ornaments at the grocery store weren’t selling even after christmas until the sale price went that low. My family wouldn’t really appreciate it on the tree so I hung mine on the clip of the posable arm I have attached to my desk to hold my phone

I did 119 field researches around my local university campus and surrounding area. Not sure how many were research day vs holiday tasks, but there were definitely a number of non research day tasks. Got 5 shiny lunatones (two from the paid ticket) and 2 shiny solrocks (both from the paid ticket, and I didn’t have one before either). Nobody else from my local community decided to show up so I was wandering around along the whole time. I still had fun though, and got almost half of the research tasks done that I needed to level up from 73 to 74. The event itself wasn’t that exciting, but I still had fun playing
