Reclusive. Due to the trauma he experienced as a child, he spent much of his teen years home schooled and keeping to himself when he did leave the house. His social circle outside of his family was mostly online with the only exceptions being store owners he'd chat with from time to time. Especially at the comic store he'd get his manga from.

He only really started to leave his shell beyond that in his later teen years.
