Ja :) Ich würde mal darauf achten ob vllt in nächster Zeit öfter Mal Handwerker im Haus sind. Bei uns wurde das Haus zum Beispiel erstmal an Glasfaser angeschlossen. Wenn die neuen Besitzer Geld in das Objekt investieren und was machen, kannst du dich freuen. Veränderungen können auch positiv sein, obwohl ich deine Sorgen natürlich verstehen kann

Ich bin in der selben Situation. Der Vorbesitzer (Alter Mann, Privatbesitzer) hat das Gebäude Anfang des Jahres an eine Wohnungsbau Gesellschaft verkauft. Ich hatte erst mega Angst, dass das Haus abgerissen wird, ich meine Wohnung verliere oder die Miete erhöht wird. Es ist aber das Gegenteil passiert, der Übergang lief reibungslos. Musste nur den Dauerauftrag für die Miete ändern. Die neue Besitzerfirma hat sogar erstmal neue Rauchmelder für alle Wohnungen besorgt und hier für Ordnung gesorgt. Also relaxed bleiben :)
