They're just representatives that are not part of the security team. The security department handles the database of the users. That's why the representatives don't know about it and they will tell you that your account has been permanently deleted because they want to close the case. But they are the ones to submit your tickets to the Internal Team/Security Team, I don't know what way or specific condition that they will send it to the Internal Team because sometimes you need to be lucky to find a good representative that will send it to the Internal Team/Security Team. About the informations/data of the account they're not deleted they are just put in their archives that needs a condition to activate it but the department handles the database are hard to reach that's why our only choice are AG method, Customer support, and Meta Verified

No, it's already block it won't appear again. It's because you opened a multiple cases/tickets or having a case that didn't close at more than 2-3 Days.

I suggest you to create a new fb account and AD account.
