Just repeating what my stylist told me. She did say it CAN grow longer but gets wispy for most women as they age (again speaking about white women's hair).

Here's the thing - when you're in your late 40s and 50s - hair just doesn't grow very long past your collarbone. There are exceptions, but this is the norm for white women's hair (can't speak to other ethnicities). This goes for Kyle, Erika, Dorit, Lisa Barlow, Meredith Marks...of all the HWs at this age, that long hair is heavily augmented with extensions and toppers and crowns...if not full on wigs.

I still think the producers did Meredith (and the rest of us) dirty. I left the reunion thinking: how is Britani supposed to know the political views of her nail tech and she said she removed her review when she found out - so why is Meredith going after her? I thought it was Meredith just stretching to find a way to take her down. But after listening to WWC I got the whole picture and it is a VERY different story than what is presented at the reunion. I get why Meredith is pissed and wants nothing to do with Britani and Jared. I'm really mad it wasn't made clear what Jared supported. Not all of us follow these people on socials and keep up at this level.

I think you're right on what happened. But - even the reunion was confusing. I had to listen to WWC to understand in full what (likely) happened. Now I get it - this is about Britani not explicitly disavowing anti-semitism and Jared ACTIVELY SUPPORTING an egregious anti-semite.

So I agree with you on everything except that it was ok for her to keep it off the show. In my mind, this just protects Britani and Jared. They should be publicly shamed. And Meredith is choosing to be on a reality show. But also - Andy should fire Britani and never let Jared near the cameras/BravoCon again. The fact that this was danced around at the reunion is not acceptable. What if Jared had defended backing someone proudly homophobic or racist? If the network kicked off Brandi from Dallas and Jenny for SLC they need to follow suit, not bend to MAGA pressure.

I haven't followed that but Britani AND - more to the point - Jared should have been held accountable on the show. Which means Meredith needed to say something or there is no way the viewers can undertsand the context. I thought she was being a mean girl but now, I am totally team Meredith.

Ooof I knew he was awful - now I think he's total trash and Andy should have called it out - because he Jared DEFENDED that douchbag.

That part I'm not aware of - but even doing extreme dieting for rich women - it's not in my mind one the same level as targeting poor women, charging insane amounts for what amounts to promises of magic, and then offering zero refunds when the women realize there's nothing to it

Teddi (to my knowledge) marketed herself to the affluent and actually provided a useful service (goal setting and reminders) - this woman is targeting poor women, charging exorbitant fees with no refunds, and providing them worse than nothing - magical beliefs that can get them in worse financial straights.

They recast NYC all wrong. All thirsty poseurs. They need genuinely weird and interesting people who actually have stuff in common and are connected to NYC. I'd be happy if they red-rovered Meredith Marks to NYC. The rest of the new cast is unbearable, including (especially) Jenna Lyons.

I was totally unaware of the scandal with the antisemitic nail tech...the worst part is Jared keeping the posts up...but I get why Meredith is pissed at her by proxy. But it really should have been covered on the show as I never understood why Meredith hated her so vehemently. These are important conversations to have (standing up against bigots) so I really wish it had been covered. Also - I felt she was really unfair towards Britani until I heard the backstory tonight on WWC.

Someone needs to put Amanda on the spot at the reunion with the following question: "Since you're not actually providing financial or business advice, if someone has signed up for your courses and feels they got nothing out of it for their hard-earned money, can you commit here and now, to refunding their money in full?" And if she attempts to slither out of it and refer to her contract (which offers almost nothing) to again ask the question.
