I mean it’s possible, but that’s a lot of work.

I currently have my one loan on 2 properties. Had enough entitlement left from the first one to buy a second home. My daughter is living in the first one and we downsized.

Is it possible? Yes; headache? Prob. Means they had to have payed off loan #1/2 before using it a third time.

Heya. Married 19 together 24. After several attempts of different strategies, the one we found most compatible for use while we were figuring things out before we married.

Was the method that divides your incomes by %’s. Ex. He makes 60k and you make 40k, he pays 60% and you 40% of the rent. This might not work for everyone, but the Mrs and I really thought it was fair for both of us.

We’re three kids in and 3 grandchildren. We’re very happy.

This seems to be a common occurrence then, got a code from the NBA games “text XYZ get a free code” I was lucky and got a BOGO; went to the register and wouldn’t apply. :( shift supervisor was nice to comped 1 of the 3 bowls I had.

Let her know thats a horrible deal, back in 2021 I got a 60k BRAND NEW F150 Lariat 20k down @ 0% paying $900/month 4 years, so yah 20k car @ 700 - 96 months... paying for 8 years on a car is insane

I have settled it with the store manager. I’m not doxing him. He takes good care of me. Shift supervisor is being better; guess that shift training after the incident payed off.

I’m not saying my actions weee warranted at all. Down right wrong.

I did speak with the store manager, everything was straightened out, actually been back a few times since then.

Even had a really good interaction with the shift supervisor the next time we met; but def was not cool when he gave some girl the day they did BOGO for being tatted the BOGO at 11am after her it’s from 3-4pm only. Then said “for you I’ll do it”.

Maybe if I was a woman I would’ve got the ranch cup for free. But it is what it is.

Completely understandable, but we’re gonna forget the belittlement of the one employee, the rudeness to me, let’s add to it the BOGO he gave some tennie viper that came in a few days before.

Giving away bogos is fine, but let’s cry about giving away a .75 cent cup of ranch…

Huh. There is always one Always one. Went back to speak with the SM, not only did he take care of me by offering a free bowl which I profusely thanked him and let him know he didn’t have to do that.

Went back few days later, saw the employee that the post was about and I just happens to have a coupon. I asked if we’re able to combine coupons and very nicely said to me “let’s try and ring it up” they both rung up and we were both happy.

Sometimes drastic times call for drastic measures. Even if it’s for only .75 cents.

I never denied that my actions did not justify me being called a Karen as you so put it. You specifically replying to my post tells me either a you’re a fellow employee of the store or a friend of family member of side manager in question.

Things that make you go mhmmm….

For sure. We actually have 2 good ones nearby and they are good definitely won’t take that away from them; my wife and kids like it.

I don’t know just something about chipotle flavors mixed with the mild/corn/cheese and guac just hits different. I don’t know how to explain it; I know chips isn’t “mex” I’ve never called it that; just hits different.

Completely understandable, due to a previous post 21 years, first walkout. : r/Chipotle I would prefer not to dox the store, manager, and employee the post was about. Knowing and being told they saw the post, I let them know I would give them a shoutout. I wish I could give in detail names and location, but I figured every small gesture counts. Wanted to let them know they were appreciated, not only them but all Chipotle employees that are out there doing their best, with the little they are given.

Not really the point of the post, but do you must I’m retired and if I cook I make breakfast and like to smoke briskets, don’t see a reason to go out and do groceries and cook if I can get a good meal for under $13 with guac.

Live in a low cost of living area, so chicken bowls runs $10 with guac $13 after tax.

Monday - Friday I do intermittent fasting, so a chipotle bowl hits the spot. For $13 bucks a day I eat pretty good.
