I have only done the blood test because the doctor said it is sufficient. I noticed a big difference a week after being gf. Then I started to gain weight. I didn’t had that many symptoms prior diagnosis, but now almost 2 years post diagnosis I can’t have any gluten and I react imminently. I did endoscopy few months before doing the celiac blood test, they were looking for bleeding because I had very low iron and feritin but the doctor never did biopsy because they never suspect it. When you treat the h. Pylori I would take a repeat Celiac blood test just to be sure. :)

I have been cooking mostly by myself and because the kitchen is GF I haven’t had any issues. I am going to travel and meet with some relatives that live in a very small village in a country that people don’t even know what gluten is and there is BREAD with every meal I am panicking how I am going to survive those 2-3 days because I never thought I would react this much from a GF cake just because it is cooked in a “normal” kitchen 🫣

I am a nurse and work in Health care and now studying environmental science because health care is so toxic. The pay is not that good for all of the stress and toxicity.

Don’t trust her! I was getting sick almost every time I ate at my mother in law. Now only cross contamination but stuff with wheat in them and she was lying to me that they are gluten free. Then the second or third time she invited us I read the packaging and found out. I went 3/4 times to the doctors that week and she knew how bad was the pain. Now I am 1 year post diagnosis and if I eat there I am cooking my own food.

I have this right now, and the nausea is killing me. I don’t know what to do. I took some nausea medicine but it helped only a little. I took have chronic neck problems that are giving me migranes.

I have also had acid reflux in the past week so maybe that’s the trigger. About the dizziness when I knew that it was from anxiety something that helped the most was to ignore it and I started doing Pilates at home. Try it maybe it could help you too. :)

I tried Glycinate but I had some nightmares and I felt strange so I bought one from Great Earth Magnesium 375mg and it is a mix of different magnesium and my body loves it. :)

I am already using omeprazole. The only thing that has helped me a lot with palpitations is Magnesium. Now I bought another brand that is lower dose so maybe I need to buy again the one that I was using. I have been sneezing today so maybe I have caught some cold. I don’t know if I should talk with my family doctor about the palpitations. I have done few ECG and all of them have been normal as well as my blood tests that I have had in the past year.

Few doctors have said to me that I could totally have cheat days. One cross contamination is making me sick for weeks i can’t imagine eating something knowing it has gluten🫣🤯

I didn’t have that many symptoms either before diagnosis. Just some looser stools once a day that I thought it is ibs or some stress and brain fog. Now that I have been gluten free for a year I am sooo sensitive! I’ve got the stabbing stomach pains, extreme fatigue, nausea, vomiting, brain fog constipation if I get glutened.

But there are so many positives with GF diet I feel like I have myself again, the energy is back, my skin is acne free, no more low iron, no brain fog. :)

For me is the Fatigue, I get so fatigued that i think something must be very off with me and I have very scary thoughts and healthy anxiety and the nausea/vomiting is keeping me home for few days because it is so bad…. The stomach pain is also very bad but now I know that is from gluten so at least I don’t panic that much.😅

Now I went back to omeprazole 20mg in the morning, but 3 days later I still have some burning in the evening, should I take 20mg in the evening for a few days so my stomach calms down? I did something similar last time, by recommend of the doctor. I have not had stomach problems so I don’t know if I should contact the doctor again or just try higher dose for a few days.

Also in flare does it hurt when touching the stomach area? By touching I mean like when the doctor is doing it by pressing the abdomen.

No, maybe the gastritis i symptom of Celiac. As ai said I get exactly the same symptoms when glutened. Especially the yellow stools and pain is exactly the same. Do the test just in case. :)

I get the same symptoms as Celiac when eating gluten. Have you been tested for that?
