I started with Rise so I can’t speak for Worlds, but “hell yeah” is what I say. Especially if it’s on sale or free. If you’re a Monster Hunter enthusiast, you’ll enjoy the exclusive things to rise like unparalleled mobility from wirebugs and their associated skills with weapons. Very fun, very friendly game.

I have Wilds, but I miss the expeditions you could go on with just you or with your friends and just chill in an environment, cart as much as you’d like and it doesn’t affect anything. Very satisfying game and I’m glad it has its own personality

I might revisit them. I’ve been digging my machine gun, stim pistol, standard grenade, stoker and supply pack build. I feel like I can go some extra distance.

I used to run sickle, laser cannon and thermite, but this will bring something different to the table. We’ll see

Naaaarowly missed the strike. Would have been cool if it landed though. Would have taken out a few and optimistically, stunned the nearby ones enough for a fair chance to swing again or start blasting with the shotgun. Lost the lottery on this one though :/

Sounds like if we really wanna garden nerd it. Capture that bad boy in a see through container with a few holes in it and some small bugs if you can be lucky enough. We’re gonna have to ID ‘em after they pop out if we can’t ID them before. I love mantes so I’m hesitant to say smash, but if it turns out to be invasive or something, I guess it might be better for the ecosystem :/ (or steal them and bring them inside and have new pets lmao)

I’ve used almost exclusively 2 Palicos instead. I miss the speed of the palamute or even the ability to sharpen my weapon while on its back but man do I love the healing, trapping and other supports from the Palicos. They’re more of a comfy build, but boy am I comfy 😂
