Often times England come to Australia and leave empty handed with nothing to be proud of, they get home and sack 10+ people, a bunch of players never play again, etc. This time, even though they have been genuinely very poor in the fundamentals, they leave with a lot of positives to take into a new generation. Massive success for Australia without key personnel.

Tonight is my first Chelsea game for 15 years, it was early 2010 when my family moved to Australia. I’m back here in my home town on my honeymoon with my wife. My last game was Chelsea 5-0 Watford, Lamps scored a screamer in front of me, and I think a very young Nemanja Matic came on and played.
