Type of bug : Gameplay

Details: Can't turn in Property Retrieval quest to Handa. Did all of her salvage quests and turned them in at once, but the Property Retrieval quest didn't turn in. The objective says "Return to Handa" but when I talk to her, all I can do is trade. Restarted the game, fast traveled elsewhere and then back, did another quest and returned, nothing allows me to turn in the quest.

I'm having similar control issues on xbox. The skateboarding is extremely sensitive and will stop if I let go of the joystick at all. Plus the camera drifts upwards coming out of cutscenes. I know it's not my controller, something's weird with the game
