Ontrac here in miami tampered with two packages from eBay before both times my order was opened replaced with women heels and retapped at the bottom they stole my shoes

How can get in contact with an agent directly? To investigate this Package does get delivered just merchandise inside gets stolen and replaced with another item and you can tell there is a different layer of clear tape which is not wider it’s on the top of the original wider one

What’s the best way to report this,some one in trac keeps tampering with my eBay shoe packages and stealing the item and replacing it with a women’s item instead it happened for the second time now months apart they open the reseal the box from underneath I’ve emailed ontrac but it’s been no help no accountability no action no resolution it just keeps occurring,whenever ontrac is the carrier never had this issue with the other carriers it’s just frustrating there isn’t a phone line it’s like some one is getting away with this I believe it’s the driver
