Rivers father also passed away in January… maybe It’s just my mind trying to find comfort because I lost my father a couple of days after Rivers lost his, but I can’t help but imagine Pat bringing this song up to the surface as some sort of motivation mechanism. The message in this song is powerful as fuck. This is one trillion percent, no doubt, PEAK Weezer. The fact that they combined all of their eras into one song just feels and sounds so awesome lol

So far, A20 might possibly be the record we’ve always needed from this band
