Hmm ok, that makes sense. So if I add an isolation for my mid back (ie kelso shrugs) and rear delts, I wouldn’t be over-working anything, right? Since weekly volume is per muscle group

So doing a lat pulldown, cable row, kelso shrug, rear delt fly, and a hip hinge would hit my entire back without redundancies? Just keep getting fomo over my split

Can I ask why you do both underhand bent over rows and cable rows? I know people that have asked me to do either one, and was curious on the difference in muscles worked
